Pricing
FHO+ Billing is sold to practices, not individual physicians. Pricing depends on the size of the practice and what onboarding looks like for your group.
Variables
Three things drive the quote. We'll walk through them on a short call and give you a number the same week.

Practice size.
Number of physicians billing through the platform. Smaller practices pay less. Larger groups get tiered pricing.

Onboarding scope.
How much we help with initial setup — historical data import, training sessions, integration with your existing workflow. Light onboarding is included; bespoke work is quoted separately.

Contract length.
Month-to-month is available. Annual commitments come with a discount. We don't ask for multi-year contracts.
What's included
There are no feature tiers. Practices don't pay extra to unlock the cap math or the ClinicAid submission flow. Pricing scales with practice size, not feature gating.
Onboarding
Most practices are live within two weeks. The path is the same regardless of practice size.
Discovery call.
30 minutes. We learn how your practice works today and what you need from a billing platform. You learn whether we're a fit.
Quote and contract.
We send a written quote within two business days. Sign when you're ready.
Tenant setup.
We provision your practice's tenant and add each physician. You give us OHIP billing numbers and Ontario specialty codes; we handle the rest.
Training session.
One live session for physicians, one for the practice administrator. Recorded for anyone who can't attend.
First billing cycle.
You start logging hours. We watch the first month closely, answer questions, and submit through ClinicAid at month-end.
